Content may be processed by third-party AI providers as part of our multi-agent system, subject to equivalent confidentiality protections. Ollang maintains SOC 2 Type II and TPN (Trusted Partner Network) certifications, reflecting our commitment to enterprise-level security and content protection. Customer Data: As between Customer and Ollang, Customer owns all rights, title and interest in and to Customer Data and any translations, transcriptions, or captions of such Customer Data produced by our platform.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: Service Providers: With trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform (cloud providers, payment processors, analytics services), subject to strict confidentiality agreements and data processing terms. Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority. Where permitted by law, we will provide notice to affected users before making such disclosures. Specifically: Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for up to 90 days following account closure. Customer Content: Retained as necessary to complete processing jobs; deleted or returned upon written request and within 3 business days. Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for security monitoring and service improvement. Legal Obligations: Some data may be retained longer where required by applicable law, tax regulations, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
