The examination addressed Ollang’s role as a business associate. The independent accountant concluded that management’s assertion was fairly stated in all material respects.

What does SOC 2 Type 2 tell us?

A Type 2 examination evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of controls over a defined period. Ollang’s examination covered the Olabs Platform from May 15 to August 15, 2026, against the Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, and Confidentiality.

Is the HIPAA examination a certification?

It is an independent attestation examination. HHS does not recognize private organizations’ certifications under the HIPAA Security Rule. Sensiba examined Ollang’s assertion against the applicable HIPAA Audit Program requirements as of August 15, 2026. The examination is not a legal determination of compliance.

Which part of Ollang was assessed?

Both reports cover the Olabs Platform. The HIPAA examination addressed the applicable Security and Breach Notification protocols for Ollang as a business associate. The HIPAA Privacy Protocol was excluded because Ollang was not assessed as a covered entity.
